A: Trans. Mgmt. Group, LLC calculates fuel surcharges by first knowing what the DOE average fuel price index is.  Once we know this we then cross reference that with the recomended fuel surcharge table as issued by the OOIDA (both DOE and OOIDA links are found on the links tab)

B:  Your rate should include, Cost Per Mile, which would include; fuel surcharges, permits, if required bridge and route surveys, pilot cars, tarp fees.

C:  WEBTRACK is a webservice tool exclusive to Transportation Mgmt. Group, LLC which allows you to track your loads in real time and its current status of movement 24 / 7.   

D:  We are located in unincorporated Tucson, AZ off the I10 corridor

E:  Our hours of operation are M- F  07:00AM to 18:00.  However you will have direct cotnact with your Logistics Coordinator 24-7 in cases of emergency

F:  No, we do not charge for rate quotes

G:  Generally loads are picked up wihtin 24-36 hours of scheduling. 

H:  Payment terms are;  Credit (for those who quailfy) wire transfer, COD, Cashiers Check Fed Ex'd overnight the day of pickup.
